Soo Jin is the CEO and Founder of Lyuh Consulting. Soo Jin is a seasoned startup curator, advisor, consultant, mentor, and lawyer with legal and business expertise combined with an established network across U.S. corporations and investment communities. Soo Jin leads the company in its mission to deliver the best results for its clients.
Soo Jin has over 10 years of experience in corporate, business, and legal consulting. Her projects encompass a variety of commercial deals ranging from SaaS, music, digital, e-learning, technology, e-commerce, logistics, HR, and software. Prior to founding Lyuh Consulting, Soo Jin was a Director of Business and Legal Affairs at Universal Music Group. At GTL Partners, she led the Global Technology and IP division.
Soo Jin earned her B.A. in Art History and Music from Indiana University Bloomington, J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law, and LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from Yeshiva University Cardozo School of Law.
Soo Jin has passion for traveling and has visited over 50 countries. She has lived and worked in multiple cities, including Seoul, Sydney, London, New York, Honolulu, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
